President Obama may not have floated like Ali, but he won a close match on points against rival Mitt Romney int their second debate, according to two strategists - a Republican and a Democratic - who scored the debate like a boxing prize fight. Their conclusion: it was hardly a knockout, but the President emerged the clear winner. 

Republican strategist Ford O'Connell says primary wins by Rick Santorum Tuesday night in the South shocked the GOP and put him in line to go one-on-one with frontrunner Mitt Romney. Santorum campaigned for votes Wednesday in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
